Our service lines

From the first startup plan to a certified, confident operating staff, we cover the work that keeps a plant running well.

Process Optimization

Process audits with documented results in activated sludge process control, phosphorus removal, anaerobic digestion and solids handling.

Operational Energy Audit

Audits that cut electricity, natural gas and chemical costs through operational changes: aeration and blowers, digester heating, pumping and solids handling run time. Our Indiana audit saved $536,550 per year.

Startup and Commissioning

We plan and run startups from construction to full operation, from functional and performance testing to SCADA loop checks and alarm setpoints.

Operator Training

Live and online operator training, including the full plant-specific package: manual, training, plant-specific materials and interactive process control workbooks.

Learn more

Condition Assessment

Assessment of the condition of your plant and its systems.

Learn more

Design Review and Conceptualization

Design operability reviews, design conceptualization and scoping, and SCADA loop and alarm verification.

Learn more

Value Engineering Review

We review a design or a proposed change with an operator’s eye for cost and operability, and look for options that lower capital and operating cost without hurting plant performance.

Learn more

Operations During Construction

We bring the operator’s point of view to a project while it is being built, so the plant is ready to run on the day it starts up.

O&M Manuals

Electronic, plant-specific O&M manuals for municipal and industrial plants, written by operators for operators.

O&M manuals

Manuals written by operators for operators

Our manuals are electronic, plant-specific and full of illustrations that show how your plant runs. They give operators the need-to-know information for each process, and they are the core of our full plant-specific training package.

We have written manuals for plants in Texas, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Indiana, British Columbia and Hawaii.
